00:00:00: welcome back to new episode of sweet but salty the bliss point of podcasts.

00:00:06: in today's episode we are going to focus on art and being creative, it is one of my favorite topics.

00:00:15: before I start i just want tell you about what i've learned recently and it's just a little observation from my last episode.

00:00:26: Last week's episode title was actually created by chatGPT, And It Was A Topic That I Recommended To Me that i could talk about.

00:00:34: So...I found it very interesting!

00:00:36: And..i Just went for it.

00:00:38: What i noticed is that the episode wasn't as popular As My Other Episodes.

00:00:44: so why personally think?

00:00:45: This Is My Feeling Irrespective of this experience but this just kind of supports my view, is that we all crave realness and we all crave authenticity.

00:00:59: And we crave human expression.

00:01:02: so I think AI's fun.

00:01:04: it's helpful you know help with a lot.

00:01:08: tasks aren't really complicated or don't require creativity but when it comes to the creative things literally want to express yourself and Express what's on your heart.

00:01:22: you got to do the work yourself And You get To Do The Work Yourself, and that's the beautiful part because?

00:01:34: Personally, so with this episode I kind of want to still talk about art and still talk About why i think it's important To live out your creative ideas but This time we're doing It without AI.

00:01:49: Let's jump right in.

00:01:50: I mentioned this week's topic a couple of times, actually i'm doing the artist's way which is A Course Created by Julia Cameron back in the nineties?

00:02:01: She wrote a book that helps you to unblock yourself creatively and has a beautiful subtitle which is spiritual path to higher creativity.

00:02:13: so it's not just a very shallow step-by-step program meant to get you spiritually connected with God, who is your creator and yourself as a creation in one.

00:02:36: things that you get to do, work on and write about mainly.

00:02:41: And they really help to get you going!

00:02:45: Yeah so my opinion is I'm almost halfway through the program.

00:02:50: it's helpful for me as a guide who prompts you more often or even something out of your comfort zone creatively.

00:03:01: but there was one task called morning pages where wake up every morning and write three pages.

00:03:08: And those pages are really a pain, to be honest!

00:03:12: I know they can help because you get to write freely about what's on your mind but there is still a pain for me personally.

00:03:19: But as always i think that if you push through You sort of develop a sense of self-esteem and a sense Of self reliance and discipline That can really propel you forward with...you know..your art in general, so I don't think it's a bad thing at all to push yourself sometimes.

00:03:40: And yeah!

00:03:41: It's really

00:03:41: great!!

00:03:42: So...I like the title and that's why i called this episode The Same Way.

00:03:47: To me personally there are different approaches to making art because we're all different..and ...i feel every art output is different ..and every artist behind-the work works differently.

00:04:04: The artist's way is actually very individual, and for every single artist it just means to find what works.

00:04:12: And use the process over-and-over again to make a better end... To grow with each iteration!

00:04:19: With each work.

00:04:21: Yeah, so I think that's very interesting and writing a book about the topic is also very interesting.

00:04:26: It's a very helpful thing.

00:04:28: And i think it's also very Interesting.

00:04:30: That course like this that came in book format was already a thing Like thirty years ago!

00:04:37: Today self-help courses are omnipresent.

00:04:42: So...I think its very interesting to go back on time and do something that Is a little outdated almost but isn't if you know what i mean.

00:04:53: so it's very interesting.

00:04:55: and um yeah, I can recommend the book to everyone.

00:04:58: It's definitely not a waste of time If you commit yourself to the tasks...I think The Morning Pages are gonna be a challenge But everything else..i found to be quite fun.

00:05:10: So....I also want to share my personal win To end this episode, I did an artist state which is also one task you're supposed to do every single week and my art estate consisted of painting because I like to draw mainly, but painting is another story.

00:05:27: And i painted something that's quite abstract which was different from how it usually works and wanted me challenge myself in this regard.

00:05:35: It worked!

00:05:36: And with creative endeavours not everything work.

00:05:40: sometimes you create something doesn't look as amazing or doesn't sound the way you would like it.

00:05:51: It's important to just keep at it.

00:05:53: And I think that's a life lesson for all of us, you know?

00:05:56: Just stay at it and keep going... ...and let your creativity out!

00:06:01: Because if you do, its actually gonna pay off.. Even the feeling being creative is the only payoff.

00:06:07: thats only worth it because Being in flow with yourself so-to say or what you're doing Is SO much fun and it's so rewarding.

00:06:16: and yeah i love it.

00:06:18: So....I really hope this episode inspired you.
