00:00:00: Welcome back to a new episode of Sweet But Salty, the bliss point of podcasts.

00:00:04: I should have started today's episode the way i started last week's episode because this Michael Buble thing sounds weird.

00:00:17: but yeah well...I just sang a little bit at the beginning of last weeks' episode and it could've definitely fitted this one aswell.

00:00:27: But today I have a very, very special announcement which the title of this episode kind of already reveals.

00:00:35: And it is that... A new era has begun in my life.

00:00:40: I have told you about the fact that i quit my job, In order to pursue art and my creative endeavors...I don't know if I've said it this way but That was basically The main motivation behind quitting My Job.

00:00:53: And..i decided To start a new content format that is called turning thirty-two Because....and This Is the first time Im revealing my true age because I'll be Turning thirty two in September.

00:01:06: so I thought, why not create something that sort of leads up to my birthday a couple months in advance and just kind shows what it's like to start over in your thirties.

00:01:20: I mean, What better way to share that than to create a content format around it?

00:01:25: And um yeah i'm very excited!

00:01:28: I already released one sort of episode on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shorts where I talked about you know...what's going on and how i'm feeling and so on and so forth..and In my first episode which is quite short and it's going live today when you hear this.

00:01:48: i'm showing you a little bit of the beginning of a very important step in my career as an artist, so I'm very excited for that!

00:01:56: And...I want to talk a little about the motivation behind what im doing..i think we often see end results if someone's process very often how they got to where they are.

00:02:10: and i just figured that showing a little bit more of the process would be interesting, and...a little bit real because social media has become somewhat of the highlight reel And people show what others want to see.

00:02:26: They show what other think is expected at them.

00:02:29: At least it feels this way.

00:02:30: So I'd say..I'm trying to be open-minded and real with this.

00:02:38: What I've also noticed for example is that i often just don't film a lot because I'm not used to documenting things, there's not much to document to be honest like...I am at home mainly reading little bit working on very special new drawing..and really hope it just brings a little bit of normalcy to social media if you see someone, y'know living a slower life and not just a live where alot things happen because we still tend to compare ourselves with others which is not healthy at all.

00:03:16: And I really hope that bringing some authenticity to social medias going to help foster this notion.

00:03:24: you know, being real again and being social.

00:03:28: So yeah turning thirty-two why did I call it that way?

00:03:31: i just figured it kind of emphasizes not a problem and it's also NOT A PROBLEM if you want to make your career shift at this time.

00:03:44: I mean, i started working quite late compared with other people because i studied and had an unexpected health setback in between.

00:03:52: so that sort of forced me just study longer than i intended design.

00:04:02: yeah, i'm just very excited to bring you a very authentic format as I said and I really hope that you enjoy it!

00:04:10: I will definitely cover this in more depth on my podcast like you'll get a little bit of the extra information that I don't show in the video.
