00:00:00: That was a really bad start, but I welcome you sincerely.

00:00:06: to episode number three hundred of sweet about salty.

00:00:11: i cannot believe it But the bliss point of podcasts has reached The Bliss Point.

00:00:18: No!

00:00:19: Has actually reached another high and other milestone Because three hundred episodes is just insane.

00:00:27: I started Sweet But Salty in early two thousand and twenty one during the pandemic, And now it's five-and a half years later here we are!

00:00:36: Three hundred episodes of me talking about stuff... ...And i mean..I had some guests but not a lot?

00:00:44: I think there were our five or six episodes where I guess And I really enjoy talking to all of them, and i really enjoyed talking to you.

00:00:52: And myself essentially because it allows me to reflect a lot.

00:00:57: then It just feels right to be doing this!

00:01:00: And...I feel like Euphoria is a fitting title for the episode.

00:01:08: meaning and the root of the word euphoria.

00:01:12: so you in greek means good well or easily, and pharaoh means to bear-to carry two endure.

00:01:20: So essentially euphoria means if you translate it word by word... The power of enduring easily Or a state of wellbeing.

00:01:29: And I'm definitely an estate of wellbeing and lately i mean today's terms euphoria an intense feeling of happiness and excitement.

00:01:39: And I definitely feel that right now because i'm so excited to be talking with you, bringing another episode filled.

00:01:52: Nothing happens other than you feeling euphoric after listening to this episode.

00:01:57: I think it has already done what It was supposed to do and it had served its purpose, And i feel like a lot of things in life are linked To joy because i think we're taught from A very early age on that You need to work hard and you need to be you know very ambitious and just set yourself big goals, follow them.

00:02:19: And lately I have made the opposite experience because While I was pushing and while i was being very disciplined And let's say, pushing myself beyond my limits.

00:02:32: Beyond what felt good to me...I wasn't centered!

00:02:37: Not in a state of flow or well-being So not euphoric and feeling satisfied and really burned out.

00:02:48: now that I have quit my job to pursue art, i feel like i'm experiencing a lot more synchronicities.

00:02:56: if you don't know what that is the synchonicity's basically...i'll give an example-you think of someone and they call you within an hour or so?

00:03:07: A post or a graffiti that says if you're looking for a sign, this is it.

00:03:12: So things like that are called synchronicities and they happen to me a lot lately.

00:03:17: I was not expecting that at all i was thinking That the moment i become...i wanted to say homeless.

00:03:23: so im not homeless.

00:03:25: but um The moment i became unemployed i would feel Like..I needed another safe You know job To pay bills.

00:03:33: And Im not excluding from my plan for life because I feel like it's good to have a reliable source of income, but on the other side this freed up a lot more time to work on my art and i'm doing it in a very healthy way.

00:03:48: I would say working between one and two hours every single day.

00:03:52: so i'm trying to be focused while I work on it And usually sense that I need break after about an hour.

00:03:59: So take that then either do one or two drawing sessions because I mainly draw realistically or surrealistically and i must say it's a lot of fun.

00:04:11: i enjoy drawing so much, but at the same time relaxed.

00:04:24: you focus on what you are drawing and making it perfect but at the same time, your kind of relaxed and your mind wanders around.

00:04:32: It has some freedom to explore whatever wants to explore.

00:04:35: so...it's like a living meditation or live mediation where you're actually taking action and seeing results.

00:04:46: I love that!

00:04:49: i've also started working out more which is the right thing for me.

00:04:54: I was struggling with fatigue and vertigo, just very low blood pressure.

00:05:00: So...I often feel like i'm fainting almost which is not a good feeling And it doesn't make you feel strong..and I started with really light movement that I am mainly doing on a mat and....i must say It totally helps to make me feel more active and strong, though I really like that.

00:05:22: And i also released one episode called Why Things Work Out When You Do?

00:05:29: It's definitely true working out aids your recovery in whichever aspect you want.

00:05:35: if you're recovering mentally physically psychologically emotionally.

00:05:41: working out will be somewhat of a cure not the cure but it will aid.

00:05:47: Betterment, is that a word betterment?

00:05:50: I don't know but it will aid in making you feel A lot better.

00:05:54: So i'm just feeling joy In my heart and soul today And I want to say a big-in fact huge thank You To everyone listening.
