00:00:00: Welcome back to this new episode of sweet but salty the bliss point of podcasts.
00:00:06: In today's episode, we are talking about that.
00:00:09: there are two forces inside us That sometimes do not work together But quite the opposite is the case.
00:00:17: they work against each other.
00:00:19: At least that's my personal experience.
00:00:21: like I would say i'm a person who is actually quite intuitive, which is a good thing I'd say.
00:00:30: But i oftentimes do not listen to my intuition or I haven't listened to my intuition quite often in the past.
00:00:38: so...I listen to My Intuition A Lot More When I Was A Child?
00:00:42: I remember you know disliking certain people that without any- That sounds so mean!
00:00:50: But there was no apparent reason for me to dislike them, but then later on they did something or things that kind of proved my right.
00:01:00: And I don't want to say Perfect in judging every single situation, but I was a lot more connected to my intuition Which is not necessarily heart energy.
00:01:12: It's also gut energy.
00:01:14: So actually i would say we have A gut instinct.
00:01:18: let's put it that way.
00:01:19: then We have the heart where our feelings are and Then we have Our head obviously with her mind And our reason.
00:01:28: so i think we could easily expand today's title and say head vs.
00:01:34: heart vs gut.
00:01:36: so maybe I'm gonna call it that way.
00:01:38: So what i want to focus on is basically mainly the aspect of reason, thinking things through And then our feelings, intuition or instincts that don't require so much thinking and planning.
00:01:55: So I think the biggest mistake we make... including myself, is to believe that those aspects are separate from each other.
00:02:06: like we have these opposing forces inside of us who work against one another which isn't true.
00:02:12: the ultimate goal is actually to create a symbiotic way where every single aspect of our being is connected with others.
00:02:22: so...we want a reason connected through feelings and intuition.
00:02:30: Maybe instinctual behavior is a little bit separate because it's like an automatic visceral reaction.
00:02:37: So maybe let's not talk about instincts, but let's talk about intuition feelings and thoughts.
00:02:43: The most interesting part for me is actually the connection between feelings and thoughts, because whatever we think translates into certain feelings and emotions that we experience.
00:02:57: So... That's why it's so important to kind of be aware what you are thinking Because It creates certain emotions in us.
00:03:08: the emotion that you attach to an idea or a vision, is actually the driving factor.
00:03:15: That enables you to manifest certain things faster because if you just visualize things without emotional components then your head at work but you need include heart and emotions in order make it real!
00:03:32: The best feeling we can foster ourselves is gratitude.
00:03:36: so grateful heart, we can pretty much actualize and realize everything that we desire.
00:03:44: And what I don't like about this whole manifestation of philosophies is that we always want something from life!
00:03:51: i personally think it's important to be content where we are...and in order to be contend ,we need to understand- and im coming back the point ive made earlier that there are not three separate aspects inside of us, but we're one.
00:04:06: And this oneness with our self and head, heart or gut so it's the base for everything else.
00:04:19: I haven't really heard people talk about this But i feel like integrating parts yourself is healing And it's so important and I know that there are people who talk about the shadow, and who talked about Shadow work.
00:04:36: But i don't even think you have to go that deep.
00:04:39: You can just work on your thoughts as a first step because this will influence your emotions.
00:04:48: Your intuition is something place emphasis on connecting with and your intuition is definitely something that you can train yourself to feel more, to experience more of.
00:05:02: You can connect to it through little things.
00:05:06: oftentimes your intuition whispers.
00:05:08: so when you start listening and turning inward...you have a different kind of showing up because you experience a different way of showing up in the world.
00:05:19: Because, You are doing everything you can to be an integrated person and to Be an integrative being.
00:05:25: maybe To give you an example I always thought that creativity And structure don't really go together until i discovered bullet journaling which is A wonderful tool to plan your life so-to say.
00:05:42: and about ten years ago when I started bullet journaling, i sort of discovered that i could plan everything.
00:05:50: set up my trackers, setup to-do lists...and so on..and then i proceeded picking a theme for each month and decorated the pages in creative way.
00:06:02: this turned out become a chore at some point but i don't think that you have to be a chaotic person in order to be creative.
00:06:14: You can be very disciplined and structured person, AND be creative at the same time!
00:06:18: And that's what I'm talking about when i'm saying we can integrate certain parts into ourselves like it is not either or... It's AND AND AND.
00:06:27: So just sum this up Try to take time for yourself To integrate the certain parts of yourself that maybe feel separate.
00:06:35: connect your head to your heart, to your gut.
00:06:38: Your thoughts emotions and your intuition learn to listen to your intuitive nudges And understand that's the expectations That society has placed on you like For example, that creative people must be chaotic and can't be structured or disciplined.
00:06:56: It's just wrong!
00:06:57: You can be whatever you desire...you can be what ever you think..whatever you feel…whatever your vision….You can achieve that version of yourself And you can actualize whatever is on the mind AND in your heart.
00:07:11: so i know this was a little all over the place, but I really hope that this summary brought across what I wanted to say.
00:07:20: I really hoped you enjoyed this episode.
