00:00:00: Welcome back to this very special new episode of Sweet But Salty, the bliss point of podcasts.
00:00:05: It's a very special day or actually... The special day was three days ago because I finished my one year long daily art challenge where i made art for exactly three hundred and sixty five days.
00:00:22: so it's kind of crazy to me that the habit for so long, and of course there were days when I didn't feel like it or even do much.
00:00:34: But...I think every day counts!
00:00:37: And especially towards the end i've developed a very beautiful way of working in just this state-of-disciplined work that really feels good and that feels aligned with me.
00:00:51: What I did at this time is created posts on Instagram regularly where I kind of collected my learnings and I think it's wonderful.
00:01:02: And i just want to go over those learnings really quickly with you, and I wanna preface this by saying... Just know that whatever you set your mind too- You can also achieve!
00:01:13: There is no cap there is no limit..There Is No Reason For You To Believe That YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING because if I could do a you Can Do It Too & You Can Do With Whatever You Set Your Mind To.
00:01:25: to preface this.
00:01:26: so maybe my learnings help you and there is something that inspires me, i want to go over them really quickly.
00:01:32: at the beginning I realized it's important just start.
00:01:37: certainty comes from action.
00:01:40: if u do for yourself have fun doing it its easier.
00:01:45: direct your attention by their energy.
00:01:48: when challenge went on was more important.
00:01:51: persist be consistent because slow and steady wins the race.
00:01:57: And I realized that it's really me against ME, not anyone else.
00:02:03: So thats how i learned balance!
00:02:05: I learn to push myself in a healthy way... ...and when to stop pushing.
00:02:11: That was also about letting go alot learning to have no expectations, to respect really every kind of progress and let the work unfold naturally.
00:02:23: And I think that letting go of expectations is really important in general not just when you're doing something like this because You often stand on your own way When you are too tightly gripping on an outcome That you wish for.
00:02:37: again it was about persistence.
00:02:39: It was about keeping my challenge going getting up when I fell, forgiving myself for not making the progress or yeah...the progress that i wanted to and wished for.
00:02:53: The next step which was still quite at the beginning is really about listening to my intuition.
00:02:59: It was about building a solid relationship with myself by being open towards the notches from my intuition, for my heart and God.
00:03:07: Because it's important to be your own best friend really And I also learned that its' important to rest when you're tired because pushing yourself constantly is not good.
00:03:17: i was sick for about a week... ...and I just stopped my project because I couldn't do anything so.. ..it actually wasn't three hundred sixty five days long!
00:03:28: longer, but I didn't count the pause days so to say.
00:03:32: The challenge was also a lot about learning to be bold and... To be okay with slip-ups!
00:03:40: And ok with producing results that i wasn't one hundred percent happy with?
00:03:45: It's sometimes important to dare to mess up because done is still better than perfect.
00:03:50: And this feeling of freedom that I kind of tried to foster in myself, which worked better and better towards the end was also very important because i realized that I create for myself not an audience.
00:04:02: I try to free my self from fear of having to perform or being brave as something we learn by doing especially when it comes to art.
00:04:14: so it works really well!
00:04:17: through rough patches that are absolutely normal.
00:04:21: Towards the end of my experiment, it was also a lot about learning to be okay with mess up and give myself permission to mess-up And just leave behind what I had to do to incorporate my own history into work and go for my dreams.
00:04:44: That's how I found a new sense of alignment with my true self, i'd say.
00:04:50: Or more than it was the case before and I tried to do things that made me feel more alive And It worked in a way That allows Me To follow My passion...and My heart feeling..And thats what led ME TO CREATION!
00:05:06: And to stop overthinking,to STOP worrying about What The audience Will Say and create momentum in the life I desire.
00:05:16: And that was kind of cool!
00:05:18: i absolutely fell in love with what i do, um..with god-with my creator...and with who i am which i'm so grateful for.
00:05:26: In the end it was about reaping benefits like a lot about staying consistent ,which definitely paid off.
00:05:34: It's about being courageous because love beats fear and celebrating my successes which i haven't really done properly.
00:05:44: but that's sort of everything I learned.
00:05:46: so to sum this up, I would say like three top learnings.
00:05:51: Would be first- To not have any expectations But to have a vision.
00:05:56: A second one would be... To live by the credo Done is better than perfect.
00:06:02: And The third one would Be..to really love myself and celebrate myself.
00:06:07: yeah, that was kind of everything i learned from three hundred and sixty five days of art.
00:06:12: I really hope you enjoyed this.
