00:00:15: because The Bliss Point concept is derived from the food industry and it says that... and salty flavors in a food makes you addicted to them, so I thought i'd apply that to my beloved baby sweet but salty.

00:00:32: it fits the title perfectly!

00:00:34: And I want you to be addicted to my content as well of course in a healthy way because listening to me doesn't make you overweight or overeat.

00:00:42: So...I think..that's good even if- I always aim to create bendable episodes But that's about it.

00:00:50: for The Food Introduction Today, I want to talk about the elephant in The Room and it's not my broken love life.

00:00:58: It is actually... No!

00:01:01: My lovelife isn't broken-it just non existent at that moment.

00:01:05: so..I think its laying dormant which was totally fine.

00:01:10: but what i wanted?

00:01:19: Let's talk about the elephant in the room.

00:01:21: It is a solar eclipse that took place couple of days ago, and I was fortunate enough to watch it with my mom & brother.

00:01:32: We went into field nearby where we live the solar eclipse.

00:01:40: It was a partial eclipse here where I live, but it was still so spectacular to be honest because The Sun Was Covered about ninety percent at the peak of the Eclipse Here.

00:01:51: So um yeah...it was just a phenomenal experience.

00:01:55: and the thing is we didn't have the glasses when We went into the field!

00:02:00: So..we were like okay....We're Just gonna Be There And Observe the Surroundings Because You're Not Allowed To Look Into The Sun Without special glasses, obviously.

00:02:10: So we were just there in the field standing there and my brother was actually smart enough to go up to strangers who are nearby because a lot of people gathered there asked if he could borrow glasses from someone for a short amount And that's how we ended up with two glasses, which were gifted to us.

00:02:33: Which is just wonderful and goes to show that kindness goes a long way... ...and sometimes it really enables you to experience very special moments.

00:02:42: if strangers are kind to you like they totally help you be in the moment.. ..and being able to enjoy a very special moment that won't repeat itself!

00:02:56: I felt like the entire day had a very special feel to it, and then next day as well.

00:03:03: i can't really explain it but I was like...I-i had witnessed a very SPECIAL moment in time!

00:03:10: And..a very special phenomenon.

00:03:12: obviously It just brought me so much closer to god & feeling gods presence in my life.

00:03:20: for all of you who know your bible, that last week's episode title was actually a quote from the bible and i think it's The Sentence in the Bible.

00:03:30: It's called Do Not Be Afraid!

00:03:32: And I think its the sentence in the bible thats repeated most because we can't progress while being afraid Because fear has very low vibration and lets everything in ur body shrink and tighten up in a very negative way.

00:03:50: so i do think it's important to step forward, in faith...in love..and encourage....and in gratitude!

00:03:58: that's how you combat fear- and thats how I combat

00:04:01: fear!!

00:04:02: so that is just a little tangent.

00:04:03: but what took away from the solar eclipse was really ...what are the odds?

00:04:10: even though the sun is so far away ,the moon has like the perfect size and the perfect distance to the earth, in this sun.

00:04:18: To cover the Sun perfectly.

00:04:20: What are the odds?

00:04:21: You know I think there must be a very intelligent A very creative And a very caring and loving creator behind This world!

00:04:31: And i don't want get too existential Even though I'm already here.

00:04:35: But...I think we're not Here at random.. I think were hear for purpose For reason because someone intended us to be here at this time, to experience what we experienced and how we live.

00:04:48: And I just think it's a very beautiful way of seeing life and going through life with the purpose... ...and with a meaning!

00:04:58: With all positive emotions in us Because we understand that We were created through love.

00:05:06: So i do think natural phenomena are just so spectacular because we are innately connected to nature.

00:05:14: We're part of nature and sometimes, we forget... And I totally get it!

00:05:18: Because i live in the city too luckily not in the middle of this city but at like fringe.

00:05:23: um I do have a lot of nature around me, which is good but i still sometimes forget to go outside and be outside.

00:05:32: And really be present in nature.

00:05:34: so...I loved that the solar eclipse or partial solar eclipses led me understand more about god and about myself, nature... everything that's going on.

00:05:48: so i'm having a major deja vu right now which happens sometimes yeah but I really hope you felt inspired through this episode!
