00:00:00: Welcome to new episode of sweet but salty the bliss point of podcasts.

00:00:05: This episode is called Angels and as you can tell by the title, it's a faith-based episode that I really hope you enjoy!

00:00:15: i have written down some associations or some words that I associate with angels for this episode And those are reading The Bible Angel Art Faith, Robbie Williams and God directing our lives and paths.

00:00:36: And I must start with Robbie Williams!

00:00:41: Um, they were like huge in the UK back in the days and he was part of them.

00:00:54: And then he kind of did his own thing.

00:00:56: so I think he's big in Europe but people in the US don't necessarily know who he is.

00:01:03: He has a song-a very famous song that's titled Angels!

00:01:07: That's why it kinda...I thought about him when i came up with a title for this episode.

00:01:14: That was just a random tangent.

00:01:19: Let's get serious, let's get to the like real gist of things.

00:01:24: um so I started reading The Bible a couple days ago or a week ago.

00:01:30: time flies and i don't really have a good feel for it but i think it was about a week go.

00:01:37: And uh...I'm obviously reading from start-to finish.

00:01:41: So im still in Old Testament.

00:01:43: a lot of things happen that are crazy and that are surprising, and somewhat entertaining.

00:01:53: And really eye-opening.

00:01:55: so I will definitely report back with the takeaways that i have after reading or having read The Entire Bible but I can definitely recommend you do that because it's the word of God at least if you're christian and interested in your faith, i think it opens up a lot more possibilities and thought processes that kind of aid us in understanding where certain things come from.

00:02:23: also like historical aspects and generational let's say traditions you know, are still relevant today.

00:02:35: so that's definitely interesting.

00:02:38: and i wrote down angel art because I visited a new found friend of mine who is somewhat older than me.

00:02:49: she's kind of more in the grandma stage of her life but um...she actually is an artist.

00:02:58: angel sculptures out of wood and stone, which is so interesting.

00:03:03: I got to see them today And i really really liked them.

00:03:06: They were exhibited in a church Which was very fitting?

00:03:11: Yeah It's just really nice that she's following her passion.

00:03:18: The beautiful thing about art Is it doesn't have to do with your age Like you can always create make something new and really birth ideas, and make them come to life.

00:03:34: And so I really think it's nice!

00:03:37: It's a very nice thing.

00:03:40: The thing about faith and God directing our lives in paths is probably that We're called to have faith in those moments when we don't really see where were going.

00:03:53: I think that there is a higher power who's very loving and kind, patient with us Who wants our best And makes sure all the things are learned before getting into what they need To be or make sure always being where you want them.

00:04:15: That was maybe a little confusing, but what I'm trying to say is that God has your back and he always puts you in the right position at the right time.

00:04:24: i found a reel on instagram that basically said if god wanted you to be somewhere else... You'd be there!

00:04:31: Let that sink in like we often think were behind or We are not on time Or um..we should be further ahead.

00:04:40: But maybe thats just our path in life And Thats Just Our Time.

00:04:44: I mean, i have grown into my faith over the course of last couple years and before that was wrestling with god.

00:04:53: And...i'm still kind-of wrestling with him in that i question certain things & seek him.

00:05:00: That's the point!

00:05:05: To sum this episode up that I called angels, i think angels are real because god is real and they Are with us on our path.

00:05:13: That he directs And he makes sure we're you know on track?

00:05:31: Yeah, I really hope you enjoyed this episode.
