33. steamy study break

You asked for it. So here you go — the sexy theme continues. Tune in to find out what’s on my potentially *dirty* mind when I take a break from studying. Here’s a sneak peak: JT, the *perks* of procrastination and a special sex-gluten-alcohol-interconnection :3 #rawr

32. magnetic poppy

How can a flower be a magnet, you ask? Well, I don’t know if I’m being completely honest — but in this episode, we dive deep into scientifically backed energy-talk and how to use this knowledge to draw the right things and people into your life through some simple mindset shifts and asking yourself the right questions. You also get to discover the meaning behind poppies and what I think they can teach us about life #staymagnetic

31. quick & dirty

I know the title seems like a great continuation to my previous episode, but I can’t help myself — issa vibe. This one’s gonna be a super short but crazy wild ride feat. Robert Downey Jr., an obligatory food cameo (are we surprised?), my spirit animal & a wikipedia speed run (sorta). Hang in there til the end & buckle up, kids!

30. tinderina

I did it. Out of all things, I spent the last 2 months on tinder gathering precious information as I conducted a 50-day-experiment. Dive *deep* into my findings as I read you juicy details from my „tinder diary“ and tell you about my take-aways and recommendations for you. Find out about: Brad Pitt-look-alikes — what happens when you text 13 matches at once— a shoutout to one of my dates — right and wrong snakes — my obsession with Jon Bon Jovi — how to bring out your sass the right way — me failing at being a match maker — supernatural beings — and a lot more! Please help ya girl out & rate this if you like it :3

29. sexy philosushi

If you want to know how you can fill *almost* an entire episode talking about the deeper meaning behind sushi, then listen to this delicious new bite-sized piece. Jump on board of my freshly coined term *philosushi* and discover how to become the master of your life in just 11.5 short minutes of umami. #sexysushilove

*disclaimer: no sushi was harmed in the process of making this episode — but certainly before that #sorrynotsorry*

28. #sharkmode

Well, what can I say? I’ve been busy covering songs on instagram and questioning my existence. So my escapism led me to record this episode in a very special setting creating a literal nature overdose on all levels. Tune in to discover the story and meaning behind this episode’s title while we dive deep into: animal kingdom analogies — my love for music and fear of singing (unfortunate, I know) — the importance of being kind and having a growth mindset — my new favorite creepy activity — how to disturb my zen as demonstrated by *special* guests. In case I forgot to mention something, let’s blame the fact that it’s almost 3am. Gn8 <3

27. of copycats and naked men: design school tales

In this new episode with a Steinbeck-inspired title, I think back of the *g00d* old times when I paid way too much for my education (on all levels) and worked myself into burnout. Some serious tea is being spilled as I reminisce about originality and copycatting. Oh, and I tell you about that one time in figure drawing class I got very *deep* insights. It’s a great story… looking back from a safe distance.

26. funless bunny

I’ve been feeling down today. So here is a piece of raw self-reflection as I feel all the feels and share this vulnerable lowlight moment with you. I hope you can take something away from it <3

music recommendation: Kings of Leon — Come Around Sundown (2010)

25. analysis paralysis

This episode is an attempt at overcoming perfectionism-fueled paralysis by analysis and at providing "life coaching advice to manic-bipolar hobby artists who spend too much time indoors working on their art". So we’re talking: creation over perfection — why city safaris always pay off — what being an artist is truly about — #quickanddirty vibes — having a hobby vs. a business — and the obligatory food cameo. Fingers crossed for a fresh start in the next episode. Speaking of fresh:

My dad is iconic. If you know him in person you know that already. If you have never met him, you’ll get a glimpse at his greatness in this new episode. We sat down and chatted about these topics *in german*: personal development — goal setting— success — happiness — the right mindset — becoming the person you want to be. Of course, I summarized the most important points in English and added some special extra infos for you starting at 20:32. I sincerely hope this helps and inspires you <3
